Rules

ELIGIBILITY
Capital Region BOCES Arts & Enrichment Service is pleased to invite students, teachers and others in the education community to exhibit in our School Support Services ART GALLERY. Please fill out the Registration Form in order to be considered for a show. The gallery halls hold up to 75 pieces depending on the size. There is additional space in the conference rooms. Artwork is limited to two-dimensional work or low relief. The Gallery and conference rooms are used throughout the year for administrators meetings, staff development and other functions.

SELECTION
Capital Region BOCES Arts & Enrichment Service will review and Registration Form and plan art shows to fill the gallery's schedule. You will be contacted to negotiate delivery, opening and closing dates. Once you are selected, please fill out the Inventory to accompany the artwork and affix a Label to the back of each piece of artwork.

SPECIFICATIONS
All works must arrive ready to hang and be clearly marked on Inventory and have a Label attached to the back of the work.
